Valicenti Pasta Farm is a small company made up of a small group of people who work diligently to make beautiful fresh pasta, unique ravioli varieties, and small batch sauces.  Our mission is to grow, source, make, and provide good, wholesome, locally made, real food to our neighbors and the surrounding New England communities.
